Cake pops!
This past weekend I made a four tier topsy turvy wedding cake. (See photo in previous post) Due to all the cutting. leveling and carving that needed to be done I now have a lot of cake scraps! So not wanting to throw out all that cake, I am going to make some cake pops. Cake pops are another version of cake balls with the addition of a stick. If you haven't experienced cake balls/pops yet, you are really missing out. The darn things are very addictive!
I own a custom cake business that I run out of my home. My kitchen has been inspected and licensed through the State of New Hampshire and I am also fully insured. Creating cakes takes you along a bumpy road and you have to be able to take the bumps head on. This is what I want to share with you, my travels along my creative bumpy road!
